  • Ship product experiences in React and TypeScript

  • Own features from product idea through production
  • Improve testing, observability, and platform performance

You are comfortable moving between UI, backend services, data, and AI workflows. You value pragmatic decisions, clear interfaces, and production ownership.

Help FluenceSnap build a small, high-agency team across product, engineering, creator operations, and commercial roles.

What you will do

  • Run focused sourcing and candidate conversations
  • Create a thoughtful, lightweight hiring process
  • Build onboarding and people operations from the ground up
  • Help shape a healthy, accountable remote culture
